Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup red grapes
  • 1/4 cup frozen sliced peaches
  • 1/4 cup kale
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup green tea (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until very smooth and well combined. Serve immediately.
