Ingredients
- 6 ounces non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon cucumber, minced (with or without skins and/or seeds — English cucumbers work well)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in small bowl.
- Serve with raw vegetables, pita bread or whole-wheat crackers.
